Setup Routine Details and Calibration Values. When users select a default Routine Type from Description dropdown, the Routine inherits the Routine Type’s default values. This feature dramatically reduces routine setup time. User must setup a Next Date if the routine is marked as critical.
 Routine Details Setup
Unlimited calibration points can be set up, with each calibration point having its own tolerance levels. Two tolerance levels can be used:

  • Instrument Tolerance. Readings which exceed this tolerance will set a yellow error.
  • Process Tolerance. Readings which exceed this tolerance will set a red error and a deviation is automatically created if the selected routine is marked as critical.

The historical Trending graph plots the worst error from each calibration and presents an indication of reliability.
