Engineer Team Leader

The Report Screen allows users to select from multiple report templates. These report templates will display various information from the system inlcuding information on work orders completed, work orders due, resource planning and item listing. Each report can be pre-filtered to display information on particular groups of data. A sample of those report are shown below.

Below is a sample of some of these Reports.

Engineer Team Leader

This report displays a listing of all calibrations carried out by specific reference (test) equipment. This gives backward traceability of calibrated equipment. This report is used to easily identify calibrations associated to a failed reference instrument over a specific period of time.

Engineer Team Leader

This report displays the estimated time associated to items over a specific time period. If the interval of the selected instruments or loops routine occurs more than once during the selected time period then more than one entry will appear in the report for that instrument or loop.
Example: Selected time period is 31/2 months and the frequency of an instrument is 1 month. Then this instrument will have three entries on the report.

Engineer Team Leader

This report displays the item downtime recorded for each work order conducted within the Data filters applied and that match the data filters applied. The report will display the total amount of downtime recorded for all of the work orders displayed.

This report displays all the routines that are due to be conducted within the Date filters applied and that match the data filters applied.

Each set up and work screen has an export button which will generate a report listing each item that is currently is that screens grid. Example: The WorkScreen export button generates the Routine Listings Report which lists all routines that appear in the WorkScreen grid when the export button was pressed.
